Mind Body Medicine
Mind Body Medicine focuses on how the mind interacts with the body, using both counselling and body therapies. Psychophysiology is how the mind and body interact and how they connect to create health and disease.
Mind Body Medicine recognises that we are at our best health when we connect inwardly and express that outwardly. When life reflects what we value we are less stressed and therefore happier. Different behaviours produce different diseases, and Mind Body Medicine looks at a range of complimentary medicine models to gain understanding
of what drives specific illnesses, symptoms and signs. It looks at the whole client and their history to understand psychological behavioural themes and drivers.
