BIBO stands for Breathe In, Breathe Out.

Its a reminder that the body is where we begin.

The BIBO philosophy reflects the idea that nervous system health is the foundation for a life well lived. As our capacity grows, so too does our capacity to experience life with greater presence, resilience, connection and aliveness.

Our Story

Before building BIBO, I spent my career in the fashion industry, running my own business in a world that was creative, fast paced and constantly evolving. While I loved the industry, I found myself increasingly drawn to a different set of questions: what shapes us, and how does our internal world influence the way we experience life.

That curiosity led me to study the nervous system and mind body connection. It also led me to completely change the direction of my career.

Through hundreds of hours working one to one with women, alongside extensive study and ongoing professional development, I've developed a deep appreciation for the relationship between our physiology, our emotional world and our capacity to navigate life.

Im Rebecca, founder of BIBO.

My approach is grounded, and centred around knowledge, listening and most importantly being guided by you.

Driven by passion

What I've witnessed time and time again is that the nervous system influences far more than our response to stress. It shapes how we connect, create, lead, make decisions, build relationships and engage with the world around us.

This understanding has become the foundation of my work: Exploring the relationship between nervous system capacity and how your state determines your story. I'm interested in how creating greater internal capacity can influence the way we think, feel, relate and respond, and ultimately, what becomes possible.

My approach is grounded, shaped by experience and centred around the individual. It's about understanding the unique physiology, experiences and patterns that make each person who they are.

Today, alongside growing BIBO, I'm also raising three children and continue to study, learn and refine my work. Curiosity has always been the common thread in my career, and it remains the driving force behind what I do.

There is no one-size-fits-all approach to this work. Your body, your experiences and your way of moving through the world are uniquely yours, and the work begins there.
